Boil – From Ambient: Place in a pan of boiling water and simmer gently for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
Cooking Instructions – General: Rinse in cold water and shred. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
Microwave – From Ambient: Place 225g (8oz) of cabbage in a microwavable container with 45ml (3 tbsps) of water, then cover and vent. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (700W), 5 minutes (800W), 4 minutes (900W) then leave to stand for a further 1 minute.
Steam – From Ambient: Steam for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
