Trimmed Brussels Sprouts
Boil – From Chilled: Remove all packaging. Place the sprouts into a saucepan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer covered for 14 minutes or until tender. Drain well and serve immediately.
Cooking Instructions – General: Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
Microwave – From Chilled: Pierce film. Place bag onto a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (800W), 2 minutes (900W). Shake the bag gently and heat for a further 2 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (800W), 1 1/2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Take care when opening the bag as hot steam will escape.
Steam – From Chilled: Remove all packaging. Add some water to a steamer and heat until boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add the sprouts and steam for 18 minutes or until tender. Serve immediately.
Keep refrigerated At home, keep me in the fridge to keep flavour and taste for longer. Not suitable for freezing.
