Cooking Guidelines
Boil – From Ambient: Low 8-10 Mins Simmer gently in a pan of boiling water until tender.
Cooking Instructions – General: We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
Oven cook – From Ambient: 200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45-60 Mins Ore-heat oven. Place in a roasting tin with a little hot oil and cook in the oven. Baste occasionally until cooked.
