Cooking Guidelines

Boil – From Ambient: Place in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Cooking Instructions – General: Wash before use. Cut potatoes into even sized pieces. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Tip: push a metal skewer through the potato lengthwise to reduce cooking time by up to half.
Other – From Ambient: 220°C, 425°F, Fan 200°C Gas 7 Put in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Place in a pre-heated oven in a pre-heated roasting tin with 4-5 tbsp of oil, cook until golden, turning occasionally.
Oven cook – From Ambient: 200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C 90 Mins Wash, dry and prick with a fork. For crispy skins smear with a little olive oil. Place directly on to oven shelf in a pre-heated oven. Cook for 60-90 minutes until soft on the inside.
