Boil – From Frozen: Medium 6 Mins Place the required amount of cauliflower florets into saucepan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer uncovered until tender. Drain and serve.
Cooking Instructions – General: Cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. Product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
Microwave – From Frozen: 700W 4 1/2 Mins 900W 3 1/2 Mins Add 80g of cauliflower florets and 1 tbsp. (15ml) of water into a microwavable dish, cover and vent. Cook on full power, stirring halfway through cook time. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain and serve.
