Grill – From Chilled: Brush the caps lightly with oil and grill for 3 minutes, then turn the mushrooms and grill for a further 2 minutes.
Oven cook – From Chilled: Brush the mushrooms with oil and bake for 10-15 minutes at 190°C/375°F/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5.
Shallow Fry – From Chilled: Fry over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
