Dry aged on the bone for 21 days, then further matured to 36 days. Our Aberdeen Angus Ribeye Steak is produced from cattle sired by registered pedigree Aberdeen angus bulls.
Rib eye steaks are the choice of many steak lovers. Rich marbling and a ribbon of fat in the steak add depth of flavour and moisture.
Certified Aberdeen Angus steaks are from cattle born and raised on farms which meet strict quality assurance standards. The cattle spend all but the depths of winter outdoors, free to eat grass and move in social groups, on farms recognised for high levels of animal welfare.
All raw meat products must be cooked thoroughly until they are piping hot.
